Kripya's Terms & Conditions

Kripya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between kripya users (hereinafter referred to as "user", "you", or "member") and the Company.

To register an account on kripya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, they will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 KYC Verification

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To qualify:

• The bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times (10x) before withdrawal
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per household or shared device

4.2 Weekly Cashback

Cashback is paid on net weekly losses at a set rate. The cashback amount and rate are subject to change from time to time.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless expressly permitted
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will first be deducted from the bonus balance
• Kripya reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited to an account due to a system error
• Accounts found to have abused bonuses may be suspended

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Bets once confirmed cannot generally be changed or cancelled
• Pre-match bets placed before an event will be cancelled and refunded once the event begins
• If incorrect odds are offered, kripya reserves the right to void the bet
• If a bet fails due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded

5.2 Maximum Bet Limit

Each market and event has a maximum bet limit. These limits may vary depending on the event type, timing, and market. Separate limits apply for high roller members.

5.3 Result Determination

Official results and recognised sources are used to determine betting outcomes. In the event of any dispute, kripya's decision is final.

Kripya users are prohibited from engaging in the activities listed below. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of balances.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or fake identities.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent information.
• Match Fixing: Participating in or using insider information to manipulate match outcomes.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.

Kripya believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We place responsible gaming at the very top of our priorities.

7.1 Our Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Cool-off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account.
• Reality Check: Receive reminders at regular intervals about how long you have been playing.

Users may also contact support at any time to request account closure. Any valid balance will be eligible for withdrawal; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

Kripya shall not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game session fails due to loss of internet connectivity
• Where service is disrupted due to a third-party technical failure
• If services are disrupted due to a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances
